A number of our clients in the homebuilder market are implementing referral reward programs. These programs provide incentives both to the referrer and the referral. We build automated programs that promote participation, enroll participants, and complete the referral submission. Ubix sends information to the person being referred; we keep the referrer abreast of the referral’s actions; we create an audit trail; and we generate executive reports for the organizations’ leadership.

At the time of signing the contract, we tell our buyers to choose a neighbor. We also introduce the buyer to our Great Rewards Program. This is a great way for them to earn the additional options that they badly wanted but sadly could not afford.

Program highlights:
  • Program announcement: Featured the referral program at the following touch points throughout a customer’s lifecycle: when they visited the Website, signed the contract, chose homebuilding options, began construction, moved in, and became homeowners.
  • Friends and family referral: Created a program for easy direct referrals. Developed an e-Card facility where customers can share pictures and details about the model homes and community, the construction phase, and after they move in. Interested family and friends can contact the homebuilder via Web survey and learn more about related offerings.
  • Reports: Alerted customers to the referrals who showed interest, thereby supporting the opportunity for personal dialog and follow-up. Provided visibility and alerts to sales reps and executive staff for their involvement in the program.
