RUNE HAUGSOEN, CEO
A native Norwegian, Rune immigrated to the United States, completed his MBA at University of Wisconsin, and worked in executive technology management positions in Silicon Valley, including Hewlett Packard. Since the mid-1980s, Rune has been involved with several software startup companies. In 2001, Rune and Jorgen Haugsoen co-founded Ubix to provide consistent communication between organizations and its customers, channel partners, and other groups needed for success.

TODOR MONICA, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Monica holds a JD in Law from Dragan European University. After a short career in the field of law, having an artistic and analytic side, she fell in love with Web. Her particular strength is in crafting and launching marketing initiatives on the Web. She has completed an advanced Web Designer certificate from Brahms International as well as an MSQL/PHP certification from Advantage Consulting.

DARIUS RUS, DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Darius, a native of Romania, holds BS degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University. He has lead software development projects for European and American firms. His particular strength is software architecture. He holds full J2EE certification from Sun Micro Systems and has a comprehensive background in relational database architecture.

JORGEN HAUGSOEN, DIRECTOR OF OPERATION
Together with Rune, Jorgen co-founded Ubix in 2001. Because of his experience in the telecommunication industry, Jorgen has responsibility for the infrastructure at Ubix. He oversees our Web presence, networking, and back-end server operations. With his deep understanding of the Ubix framework, he also serves as the senior architect overseeing system deployment.
